How long does it take to build a DFW pool?
The actual construction process takes 25-40 days. This is of course depending on weather. We strive to finish every pool within 30 days and most of the time we do. Before construction can begin, we have to get electric company signoff and a permit from your city. This usually takes around 3 weeks. From signing to swimming should be less than 60 days.
How much time is required to maintain a pool?
You should expect to spend about 15 minutes once or twice a week to keep it clean and the water balanced. We will teach you how to take care of your pool and we're just a phone call away if you have questions.
Do you offer salt pools?
Yes. We offer all types of water sanitation systems for all Dallas pools.
Do you offer financing?
We work with lending institutions that specialize in swimming pool financing to find the best option for you.
How long does the in home consultation take?
This really depends on you and how many questions that you ask. We usually need less than 1/2 hour to survey your yard, take some pictures and obtain a copy of your survey.
Do I have to get a permit?
A permit is required in most cities and some counties if you live in a rural area. But you don't have to worry about that, we take care of it for you.
What do I do about my homeowners' association?
We will provide you all the information you need for your homeowners association.
What is your warranty on your pool shell?
This is a great question to ask. While a very small percentage of pools that are built right develop problems, they do occur. We are very proud of our warranty. We have an unconditional lifetime warranty on our pool shell. Most pool companies say they have a lifetime warranty, but when you read it there are more exclusions than inclusions. Meet with a representative of our company and he will proudly show you our entire warranty. Make sure to do this with the competition also.
